More details

The Howard Leight Laser Trak detectable disposable earplug is designed for environments where contamination from foreign objects is unacceptable and where both visual and metal detectability are required.

Detectable construction: A non-ferrous metal grommet and bright high-visibility colours support both automated and visual detection. Low-pressure foam: The formable foam expands to fit virtually every ear for a comfortable, secure fit. Contoured T-shape: The profile supports easy insertion and day-to-day wear.

Disposable format: Laser Trak is designed for single-use wear and supports contamination-control procedures in sensitive production environments.

Earplug Fitting & Maintenance Recommendations

Inspect: Prior to fitting, examine earplugs.

Discard: Discard disposable earplugs after each use, or immediately if earplugs are compromised.

Hygiene: To maintain hygiene standards, disposable earplugs should be discarded at the end of every shift.

Fitting: With clean hands, roll the earplug into the narrowest possible crease-free cylinder. Reach over your head with a free hand, pull the ear up and back, then insert the earplug well inside the ear canal. Hold for 30–40 seconds until fully expanded.

Improper fit of this device will reduce its effectiveness in attenuating noise. Refer to the product instructions for correct fitting guidance.

Recommended Industries/Use: Food & Beverage Manufacturing, Pulp & Paper and Cannabis.

Variant: Detectable disposable foam earplug with non-ferrous metal grommet and high-visibility colour for contamination-sensitive environments.
