Hydrus® Thermal Cut level D Waterproof – Cold-Weather Protection
A fully coated waterproof configuration combining a dual nitrile barrier with a warm and cut resistant liner for thermal insulation and Cut Level D resistance.
Designed for use in cold, wet, oily, abrasive environments where both thermal and mechanical protection is required.
Constructed using an outer nylon liner and an additional brushed loop acrylic/composite cold and cut resistant inner and coated using our dual-layer nitrile coating system. The Hydrus® WF360 provides unrivalled weather and oil resistance with cut level D protection range provides the user with unrivalled oil and liquid resistance whilst maximising warmth, flexibility, comfort, dexterity, and grip from the very first use.
With an initial full flat nitrile layer to deliver liquid, oil and wind resistance, this dipping style provides full protection right up to the end of the hand without compromising fit, dexterity, or comfort. Overlaid with an additional palm coating in next-generation G² sandy nitrile foam, grip and longevity are maximised in all environments and, during in-house testing, performance exceeded that of regular, sandy or microfoam nitrile coatings, as well as traditional PU and latex options.
Cold tested to EN511 and Contact heat level 2 for tempertatures up to 250°C
