The incredibly strong frame is manufactured from 18mm engineered timber, to improve the insulation properties and stiffen the frame for a secure fit. All the components necessary for installation, including the fixings and screws, are included for quick and easy assembly. The kit is completed with a loft pole to enable easy opening suitable for ceilings up to 2.8m. When fitting the ladder sections into position, the 3 x sections will sit securely on brackets 100mm off the loft hatch door.
