Paper, print & packaging

Conveyor bearings, timing belts and high-cycle drive components for paper mills, converters and packaging lines.

Packaging and paper conversion lines run hot, fast and continuously — so component selection, lubrication and changeover speed determine your OEE.

We work with corrugators, label printers, flexo converters and folder-gluer operators to keep drives, conveyors and rotating equipment turning shift after shift.

— FAQs

Questions we get asked.

Can you supply high-cycle drive components for converting lines?

Yes — we stock polychain GT, HTD and GT3 drives in a wide range of pitches with matched pulleys, plus the bushes, taper-locks and tensioners that go with them.

Do you offer scheduled shutdown kits?

We build pre-labelled bearing, belt, seal and consumable kits against your planned maintenance schedule so your engineers can move straight to the work on shutdown day.

What cut levels do you recommend for blade handling?

For knife and slitter handling we typically recommend ANSI A6–A9 (EN ISO Cut Level E or F) gloves with reinforced palms; we'll size up samples to your team before standardising.

Can you support out-of-hours breakdowns?

Approved accounts have access to our emergency callout service from our Blackburn warehouse, including weekend despatch by arrangement.
